These Conditions Générales de Vente ("Terms and Conditions") govern all sales made on the website operated by theebooksgo1 (the "Seller"). By placing an order on this website, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Prices

2. Orders

4. Delivery

Theebooksgo1 sells digital products (ebooks). Delivery is made electronically to the email address provided by the Customer or via direct download on the website after payment confirmation.

Delivery is considered completed once the download link is provided or the digital product is made accessible to the Customer.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the Customer or technical issues beyond the Seller’s control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Customers may have a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

However, in the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as ebooks), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or access has begun, provided that the Customer has expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal (when applicable), the Customer must contact customer support before accessing or downloading the product.

6. Guarantees

The Seller guarantees that the digital products provided are substantially in conformity with their description on the website.

In case of a defective or inaccessible file, the Customer must notify the Seller within a reasonable time. The Seller’s obligation is limited to replacing the defective file or providing access again.

No guarantee is provided for compatibility issues arising from outdated hardware, unsupported software, or improper use by the Customer.

7. Complaints and Refunds

Any complaint must be submitted via the contact information provided on the website, including order details and a description of the issue.

Refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer protection laws. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Seller’s country of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in the Customer’s country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Seller to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

If no amicable solution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
